I work on the AWS Specialization Programs Team, managing a catalog of unique AWS Service specific programs, as well as specializations focusing in industry, use cases, and workloads. My main role is launching net new programs to enhance the AWS Partner experience, as well as provide curated, validated solutions for AWS customers.

I led a team of 110 Amazon associates with 5 direct reports. The scope of responsibilities included everything from coaching and training the team to meet all demands of Amazon’s customers to developing junior leaders. Essential to my role is developing a strong leadership base within the team that ensures the foundation is set to drive successful operations, while balancing logistics and process improvement to deliver projects on time and within strict budgetary restraints.
