• Install, start up, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade and modify new or existing plastic processing machinery (extrusion molding, injection molding). • Complete understanding of machinery safety systems.• Working knowledge & experience in Machinery control panel, Heater’s, water pump, vacuum pumps, works and knowledge in pneumatic circuit.• Supervising, attending of installation, repair work to solve the mechanical problems of utility machines (Screw compressor, chillers, Hydraulic crane, centrifugal pump, vacuum pump, gear box, lathe machines, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, PVC grinder and its related electrical works).• Working knowledge and troubleshooting experience in contactor, relay, and ssr.• Scheduling of periodic maintenance inspections of equipment's, tools and machinery in the work place and implementing of improvements for better performance of equipment and machinery.• Create protocols for regular maintenance, inspection and service to optimize machinery function and to avoid breakdowns.• Preparing schedule and requirements for fabrication works that involves modification and additional equipment's in the company.• Coordinate with the plant manager in the execution of projects like installation of new machines.• Supervise and monitor the maintenance of health and safety equipment's like fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, fire alarms accessories and other related activities concerning safety.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance team and Co-ordinate to achieve the targets.• Handling daily documentation work related preventive maintenance, breakdown, Power consumption, ISO documentations and Calibrations of Instruments.

India

 Planning and Co-ordination of day-to-day activities with minimum machines downtime. Troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical and mechanical breakdown of devices such as sensors, relay, MCB, solenoid coil, Pneumatic valves. Preventive maintenance of various machines. Knowledge in PLC, Pneumatic and Hydraulic valves and Robotics. Planning and Handling of Preventive maintenance schedules for smooth operation of the plant machines and utility equipment. Attend to and solve the mechanical problems of utility machines (Screw compressor, EOT crane, Hoist crane, Cooling tower, Water pump, Genset, Drilling Machine, Sandring Machine, Lathe). Handling daily documentation work related preventive maintenance, breakdown, Power consumption, ISO and TS documentations and Calibration of Instruments. Knowledge in Electrical and diesel burner, thermocouple, temperature controller (PID). 5s implementation in our concern.
