As the BIM specialist and manager, I am responsible for driving the overall implementation and advancement of Building Information Modeling (BIM) within the organization. This includes overseeing the establishment of a dedicated BIM team, where I take an active role in the recruitment process to ensure the selection of highly qualified professionals. I am also responsible for developing and maintaining BIM workflows that align with ISO 19650 standards and the Plan of Work, ensuring that projects are delivered with the highest level of precision and efficiency.In addition to setting up BIM workflows, I create long-term BIM strategies, charting a clear roadmap for the organization to achieve BIM Level 3 maturity. This involves formulating BIM standards based on ISO guidelines and buildingSMART standards, ensuring that our practices are in line with global best practices. A significant aspect of my role is also the development of comprehensive BIM documentation, including Exchange Information Requirements (EIR), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and Information Delivery Specifications (IDS), which help define and streamline project requirements and deliverables.I also serve as the Common Data Environment (CDE) account administrator, managing the digital tools that support project collaboration and data management. My work extends to data integration initiatives, utilizing Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) APIs and Autodesk Platform Services to streamline workflows and enhance data connectivity across projects.In addition to my technical responsibilities, I provide regular training sessions to project engineers on the most effective workflows and processes within Autodesk Construction Cloud products, including Docs, Build, and Insight. I also lead specialized workshops for our BIM modelers and coordinators, covering essential topics such as IFC standards, automation, clash detection, and model verification.
