I am a Marketing and E-commerce manager for a medium-sized high-end retail business in California. I began my journey into the marketing sector while in college, working for the university's marketing department in the media production department, where I developed skills in video and photo production. While going to school, I started my business handling media production for commercial use, but in 2014 I took those skills and applied them to the retail world when I took a job in Sales at Camera West Inc., where I currently hold my position. While at Camera West Inc. I started as a salesperson but eventually moved into creating our E-Commerce sites only months after starting with the company. My bootstrapping of my company's new e-commerce platforms eventually led to my current position in upper-level management as a Marketing and E-commerce manager. I manage four different e-commerce websites in the high-end retail sector for B2C. I also direct these brands' marketing and outreach on the web and specialize where online marketing meets in-store retail relationships.In small to medium size businesses, you get the opportunity to wear several different hats and work in various places at one time. Working in this kind of business environment has allowed me to see and participate in the inner workings of a corporation, from accounting, sales, marketing, customer relations, and product development. My specialty skills include web content delivery and creation, Netsuite ERP Management, Hubspot CRM management on both the sales and marketing side, and general marketing strategy, design, and implementation. After over a decade of spending time learning skills in the workforce, I am finishing my BS in business from the University of Phoenix and will complete it at the end of 2022/beginning of 2023.
