As the Vice President of Client Services, Bryan Casey oversees all of ArdentMC’s contract delivery activities across the enterprise which includes 15 active contracts with over $28M in backlog. He is responsible for ensuring profitability on all projects, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and aligning delivery activities with the strategic goals of the organization. Specific duties include managing engagement directors to properly staff project teams, manage customer relations, contract management and increase employee technical expertise. Casey also leads on-going COP/Geospatial engagements including: DHS NOC COP, DHS USSS Incident Monitor COP, DoD NorthCOM – National and International Catastrophic Health Event System (NIICHE) – Military Health COP NextGen development. Leads over 50+ Software and System engineers supporting eight disparate Federal Agencies.

As the Engagement Manager for ArdentMC, Bryan Casey oversaw all aspects of program management and all stages of lifecycle development from requirements analysis through implementation on projects. Casey has also managed several iterations of development and implementation of the Integrated Common Analytical Viewer (iCAV) and managed an upgrade to the version of the software, integration with the Legacy COP and deployment into the DC2 datacenter. These duties include comprehensive contract management support and oversight of Agile scrum development (including release planning, requirements management, backlog maintenance, sprint planning, and product owner coordination. In his management of multiple DHS production systems with DHS data centers, Casey has also developed an in-depth knowledge of the DHS configuration and control board processes both at the component, enterprise and data center levels.

Bryan Casey worked in the District of Columbia’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer (DC OCTO) where he coordinated and managed the District’s Wireless Accelerated Responder Network (WARN). Through the success of WARN the National Capital Region was awarded DHS UASI funds to deploy an operational wireless broadband network for public safety. Casey managed the NCR’s Regional Wireless Broadband Network (RWBN) and during this effort worked with many NCR public safety agencies and end users in the District, Virginia, and Maryland, drafted a $100 million request for proposal, lead an evaluation team who selected the RWBN vendor, and managed the design, development and deployment of the network.
