Plan and implement charger installation projects at various customer work sites in the US including the activities of staff and subcontractors. Manage a network of internal and external resources (including design firms and contractors) in support of project execution. Develop Project Engineering staff to be the primary customer contact for the duration of each project, commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate / coordinate with staff as appropriate.

Projects which consist in heavy industrial applications such as process equipment, process piping systems, storage tank and vessel design, water treatment systems, air pollution control, bulk material handling, manufacturing lines, equipment installation, start-up, process safety management and mechanical integrity applications. Companies incuded are PBF Energy (Delaware City) and Kinder Morgan.

Responsible for the Workplace Safety Coordination for all work performed at NYU Medical’s Sandy Restoration Project which includes directing Belfor’s safety programs to protect employees against harm, and maintain safe working conditions, formulates and suggests work safety standards, and enforces procedures. Risk prevention areas include hazardous materials exposure, accidents, fires, or other unsafe conditions.

Manage DuPont Projects which includes all phases of project planning and execution. Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and controls all projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Responsible for day to day contact and communication with the client and supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders.

I oversaw the development and staffing of the CVM Project Team. Progressively develops the team through strong leadership and communication skills into a fully integrated unit capable of executing the project, making appropriate decisions and resolving conflicts. Monitors and manages Delaware Valley Capital budget ($20MM) and schedules for portfolio of projects at all phases of development

Responsible for planning, leading, and managing all engineering activities associated with a capital projects for utilizing DuPont’s GPI and the Best Practices for $0-60MM Projects for production of Dupont products such as, Kevlar, Nomex, Titanium Powder, Tyvek, & Zytel. Assist in deciding which Value Improving Practices (VIP’s) are appropriate for the project and support their application

Responsibilities include the electrical design, and management of electrical capital projects to provide the steel mills with slag production plants, metal recovery plants, materials handling plants, scarp management systems and a wide range of specialty services, such as surface conditioning and high speed flame cutting of steel slabs.Develops and controls a preventative maintenance program to maintain production machinery and equipment in proper working condition.

Responsible for bringing the stakeholders together to develop the scope and deliverables for all assigned projects for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts Waste Recovery Cogeneration plants that produces electricity.
