About Damon M.
For over 20 years at Accenture, I have had a lot of opportunities to help my clients increase their security posture, reduce risk, and find opportunities for clients to identify efficiencies with current security processes and improve them. During that time, I have had the chance to deploy almost all of the legacy IAM packaged software, deliver custom IAM solutions when existing packaged IAM solutions could not meet requirements, help my clients meet regulatory requirements, including deadlines, and the opportunity to advise my clients on how best to plan to improve their existing processes, solutions, and organization. What I like most about my job is solving my client's challenges, working with agile teams, and the feeling of the entire delivery journey from start to finish. When the job is complete, know that we have helped our clients become better than when we started. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two young boys, and my two dogs. I love surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, cooking, working out, and eating the food I cook.
