I performed Quality Improvements (QIs) to existing and new product parts. I was also responsible for representing the National Sustaining Department in New Product Development meetings and in working with the New Product Development group to help improve the overall quality of parts and processes through the phases of designing and manufacturing prototypes for new "up-and-coming" products and seamlessly transitioning the quality improvements to the Sustaining Department after the product was released for production.
