Served as senior risk assessor and business consultant for RBS Securities, a global banking and holding company offering corporate finance and institutional banking services. Conducted risk assessments for business-critical applications. Presented risks and observations to senior IT and business leadership. Also, provided business consultation and produced consultancy notes to improve the integration of IT with critical business functions and the creation of privileged generic accounts. This resulted in the management of a critical project to improve the lifecycle of Privileged User Accounts.

Managed an exceptional team of Network and IT Security professionals providing network connectivity, voice services, and IT Security to sixteen locations nationwide. Successfully completed many large complex projects including the migration to a sustainable network infrastructure connecting over three-hundred buildings. Managed a team of application developers supporting Product Data Management systems, CAD/CAM support and development, Scientific and Engineering systems, and Laboratory and Automation systems.

Managed an organization of software developers supporting Scientific and Engineering systems, Laboratory and Automation systems, Manufacturing and Execution systems, and Product Data Management systems.Successfully managed the development of the Shop Floor II system. This four-year, $5M effort involved eighteen programmers and analysts developing the system using Java, CORBA, and XML.

This is a real-time system that monitors environmental status from remote sensor locations.Developed key modules of the Automated Process Control Laboratory system. This system controls the status and testing of raw materials.Designed and developed an Automated Insulation Measurement system. This program measures insulation thickness of RSRM rocket motors using ultrasonic sensors connected to a PC.Developed and enhanced many analytical engineering applications, with specific emphasis on finite element analysis systems.
