Raptor Machining Operations: Turbomachinery ManufacturingCMM Programing: Primarily program offline with PC-DMIS 2020 to support standard inspection operations. Also, perform gage studies on the CMM to maximize parameters for increased speed and accuracy during scanning routines.Runout/Form: Shafts for the turbopumps require tight tolerances. I program and inspect using a Mitutoyo Roundtest machine and ROUNDPAK software package.On-Machine Inspection: Performing inspection routines using PC-DMIS NC. This is used to determine product conformance prior to removing the part from the machining center.
