General Manager of a fast-paced, streamlined multimillion-dollar company. Marketing Manager of our fitness product line dba Body Core. Primary responsibilities were AbMat brand champion, costing/pricing, distribution channel development and maintenance, advertising, blogging, media planning, product development, tradeshow coordinating, and metrics tracking.

Responsibilities included production management, supply chain management, control of logistics activities, order fulfillment management, safety compliance, researching cost-saving alternative materials and processes, analyzing production job costs, employee hiring/training, tracking efficiencies, inventory control, continuous process improvement, and producing quotes. In addition to these duties, I also maintained the computer network.

Responsibilities included selling products and capabilities of seven independent manufacturers in a territory covering Kansas, Missouri, Southern Illinois, Iowa, and Eastern Nebraska. The position was a combination of account servicing and cold calling.

Requirements included production scheduling, researching cost-saving alternative materials and processes, researching outsourcing and vendor possibilities, analyzing production job costs, tracking efficiencies, control of logistics activities, and producing quotes. In addition to these duties, I also maintained the computer network, supervised the sheet metal department (1998-1999), and helped oversee OSHA compliance.
