I started my job as a Service Assistant in the Caerphilly Branch and quickly worked my way up on the management path.In August 2017, I co-organized a charity event for the Screwfix Foundation within my store and gained recognition for raising over £1,000 for the charity.Not long after in October 2017, I joined the team as a Customer Service Supervisor in the Cardiff Llanishen Branch, with a team of 20. In the management team, I've gained experience with my time management, and management of daily tasks, from paperwork to completing deliveries and organizing shift patterns.My customer service skills have never been better. Everyone is welcomed with a smile and a drink, just to add a personal and homely touch when entering the store. I've got a good track record of customer satisfaction as my customer satisfaction was my number one priority and making sure that my staff and store can provide the best service throughout the company.

Straight out of college, my first job was working in the one store I knew best: around films!My passion for films was matched with this job, and I was often on shift around the film and TV Section, so if anyone were to need any help, I'd be right there for them.In this role, my sales and customer satisfaction was my priority. Everyone received the exceptional service I deliver, whether it was on the shop floor or behind the tills completing a transaction.In regards to our KPI's, I was often selling our Extra Value items and PureCards, hitting targets on most days.
