I deal with many different customers on the daily as the hotel have frequent guests staying at the establishment. I am trained at food safety as our bar is a hybrid of food service and bartending. We will switch between running food, bartending and working on the floor. At the end of the night we stock the bar for tomorrow and make sure the full bar has been cleaned. I am trained in cocktails, spirits and pulling pints.
