I have operated numerous successful businesses beginning in 1972 by using excellent people and presentation skills, customer and employees skills, business experience in different types of retail operations, excellent trainer in sales, product knowledge and presentation, teacher, mentor, customer relations and retention knowledge and skills, attracting and retaining valuable employees, I am versed in employment law. Advertising is a key to developing a strong customer base. I personally wrote and was the voice for many radio and television advertisements, designed award winning news paper ads, web sites, magazine publications, budgeted and purchased various advertising medias and more. My ability to incorporate cross promotion advertising saved money and were highly regarded. I am an excellent leader and teacher who has recruited, hired and retained top employees who were loyal and highly motivated in their positions. People who choose to work at a company, achieve a higher level of competence and success over those who are only in it for the money. A fair compensation package is important. However, it is not the core reason that quality employees choose to stay and consider themselves as personally invested in the success of the company.
