I was an inventory and imaging technician for Milestone Technologies working on-site on a contract with Western Digital Corporation. I physically and systemically received, stored, managed, and deployed IT assets. In addition, I supported the imaging needs of the IT support group. I was responsible for placing and tracking purchase orders for IT assets and accessories. I coordinated with other international and domestic teams to support their inventory needs. I was responsible for self-productivity and time management without direct supervision.

I was the imaging administrator for the imaging team that provisioned all of the laptops and desktops used by Facebook's full-time and contracted employees. In addition to being able to provision devices with a variety of image configurations, I was responsible for making sure our tasks are completed within our service license agreement, as well as the completion of provisioning equipment for new hire orientation classes that include hundreds of new employees every week. I also helped manage our inventory and inbound/outbound logistics for our work. I was the point of contact for our team to communicate with the Client Platform Engineers as well as various other teams.

Onsite At Facebook'S Campus In Menlo Park, Ca

I worked as a technician provisioning mobile devices for Facebook's full-time and contingent employees. I specialized in provisioning test and infrastructure support devices, and all tablets used in Facebook during my time in this role went through my hands exclusively. I worked closely with a variety of teams with specific infrastructure needs and was the point of escalation for fulfilling high priority test device or infrastructure requests.

I worked at an Amazon Fulfillment Center with a variety of responsibilities. These included directing automobile traffic to maintain safety and efficiency of package delivery, package sorting and transportation within the facility, working closely with management to ensure safety and quality, shipping receiving, FLEX driver instruction and troubleshooting, inventory, and other miscellaneous tasks to ensure a steady and safe work flow for the facility.
