Director of the Indiana, Wisconsin, and New England middle school basketball tournaments. Hired 12-15 reps in each state and communicated with all of them on a weekly basis with schedules, shifts, hours. Initiated and negotiated facility use contracts, all referee contracts and assignments and tournament staff hires for all three tournaments. Updated tournament website weekly with tournament updates and list of qualified teams

Responsible for loading and unloading of packages on the 1am-8am shift while achieving productivity metrics. At the same time, was also a part-time volunteer basketball coach.

I managed a $350,000 budget for all equipment purchases and travel arrangements. As a recruiter and evaluator of talent, it was imperative I developed strong relationships and communicated regularly with parents, players and coaches of varying backgrounds concerning the prospective student-athlete and their potential fit with the university. Other responsibilities included practice planning, game management, video analysis and leading a group of 6-8 young men through daily interaction and mentoring.

After completing my professional playing career in Australia, I began my college coaching career at Eastern Washington University. At EWU, I managed a $175,000 annual budget to cover all team related travels and equipment. I also was the summer camp director running team and individual camps as well as team tournaments. By developing relationships with local and regional coaches, the camps were at capacity each summer.
