Model Baseline production configuration and score it for the factors to test (cost, flexibility, resilience, etc.). Depending on needs, the model can be static, or full linear optimization. 4. Define *feasible* alternative production configurations to evaluate, and model these against the demand scenarios, varying resilience parameters.5. Score the outcomes; repeat as needed to find a production configuration that reaches the desired outcomes with acceptable risks and tradeoffs.
