Organisation beforehand of signage + training for D-day. I was also an on-site member of staff. I had to welcome students and guide them during the 'journée du lycéen' (open day of universities) and 'Sup' Première Rencontre' (event exclusively for Second-year high school/college students to show them how classes are in universities). I also had to hand out satisfaction surveys, and interact with students and their parents to answer some questions they may have about life on campus and so on.
