- Oversee purchasing activities for both Production Materials (PM) and Non-Production Materials (NPM) within a dynamic portfolio of spare parts- Develop and execute supply base strategies aligned with organizational goals - Lead cost optimization initiatives and localization projects to enhance efficiency- Strategically manage inventory and stock levels using advanced ERP tools such as Slim Stock,CPM and Netsis- Establish and monitor minimum stock levels for both new and existing product lines (100k SKU)- Leading the Product Development (P&D) team and supervise workshop operations, particularly in assembly processes - Continuously improve procurement strategies and workflows, leveraging ERP systems for enhanced performance- Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate contracts, and oversee supplier performance management- Manage all aspects of import operations, including logistics, customs clearance, documentation, and supplier coordination, ensuring smooth and compliant processes- Conduct meetings with new suppliers at international and domestic trade fairs to identify business oppotunities and expand the supplier base- Manage and oversee the accurate and timely entry of all company invoices into the systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls- Represent the company as a corporate member in the Turkish Automotive Aftermarket Association (OSS), ensuring active participation and alignment with the association's objectives- Manage the strategic leadership to procurement teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational excellence (lead a department of 10 team members)

- Managing Stock Level Optimization, Inventory Management, and Delivery Performance- Leading all spare parts purchase orders through the ERP system (Navision) and following up on backorders- Overseeing the company’s supply chain processes for NPM (Non-Production Materials), including purchasing consumables, car rentals, construction services, 3PL warehouse operations, and managing all contracted parties- Logistics Operations: Coordinating load carriers for Ex-Works imports, tracking deliveries in collaboration with forwarders, and managing all importation process components, including customs communications - Establishing minimum stock levels for both new and existing products in the ERP system (Navision)- Vendor Communication: Acting as the main point of contact with vendors, managing lead time requests, price negotiations, transportation, merchandising, placing orders, and ensuring order confirmation- Invoice Control: Verifying prices and quantities on purchase invoices, entering them into the ERP system, and aligning them with warehouse receipts (Navision)- Representing the company as a corporate member in the Turkish Automotive Aftermarket Association (OSS), ensuring active participation and alignment with the association's objectives- Notifying vendors of missing, defective, or excess parts and coordinating with the warehouse and quality departments to request credit or debit notes (CN/DN)- Ensuring optimal spare parts availability and promptly addressing customer complaints related to stockouts- Preparing KPI reports: Managing SIM Tools, GIT levels, NPM value reports, performance reviews, and invoicing management - directly to report M.D.
