As an aspiring health promotion specialist, I've set goals and structured ways before planning what I wanted to study for a career. Coming from a public-spirited and motivated mindset background, my passion lies in empowering individuals and populations to live fulfilling, healthier lives. As a 4th year at the University of Delaware pursuing a Bachelor of Health Behavior Science, I have honed my skills in designing, implementing, and analyzing evidence-based health promotion programs that address various health issues. Throughout my academic career, I have worked with diverse populations, from young adults to seniors, in various settings such as schools, workplaces, and community organizations. My expertise includes health behavior change, health communication, program planning, and implementation. I firmly believe in the power of communication and empathy to build strong relationships with clients and communities to ensure the success of health behavior change.
