MANAGING DIRECTOR• Responsible for Safety Management of Vineyards and Team• Increase/improve fruit and wine quality through observation and viticultural decisions.• Track all pesticide applications and manage regular reporting to government regulations. • Planting and establishing new vineyard areas.FINANCE • Develop, assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts• Create and uUtilizes available data through BI or other sources to evaluate efficiencies, monitor budget goals, and overall status of vineyard operations.• Develop and report on budgeting• Create a credit control risk and viability of potential and existing clientsSALES• Develop and implement sales strategies Ireland, Germany, Australia via International and national winefair• Create and maintain Ecommerce website• Update clients on new product launches Implement followup emails and Newletters• Create a seasonal wine bar to promote business locally• Conduct wine tastings and presentations • Build and maintain strong relationships with clientsPEOPLE MANAGEMENT (up to 18 employees): • Staff coordination on the wine-making component and various outsourcing contracts for the wine-making part• Participate in safety and quality inspections and audits; serves as a member and/or supports thevineyard team member on the safety committee.• Manage personnel including full-time, part-time and seasonal vineyard staff.• Plan and efficiently schedule labor and work.KeyAchievments• Create and maintain ecommerce www.domaineboispertuis.com• Maintain and develop as a hospitality asset including special event prep, farmhousemanagement, seasonal Wine bar and conducting VIP tours (via website and AIRBNB)• Expand sales internationaly and boosted revenue• Implement and develop effective pest and disease control programs in compliance with organic, sustainable, and biodynamic farming practices.
