I have learned many skills in my years of being in the cooking industry . I place a major importance on reliability , working well with others , good personal chemistry , confidence, leadership , and the importance to perseverance and drive . My organization skills are fine tuned as I worked with organizing a kitchen . I have learned many valuable skills as well that involved problem solving and organizing . I have been faced with many situations in which I have to think quickly "on my feet". My time management skills have been refined as I have had to take heavy work loads.
