I am a graduate Psychology student from London Metropolitan University, I have had many work experience with working with people from different backgrounds which helped me to develop my communication and listening skills with customers and staff. My work experience includes working as a Manager for 4 years where I gained more knowledge and skills such as customer service/ client related issues. For this I hope to increase my knowledge and improve in my skill set to meet my full potential, in the mental health sector as my desire is to keep helping people to reach their potential and improve their lifestyle.
