Utilizing my experience in socially and environmentally focused companies such as Pinnacle Ozone Solutions, Marine Environmental Partners, Siemens and General Electric, I will be building on Intelligarde’s efforts to empower security workers and lead the global B Corp movement that is transforming business into a force for good in the world. In addition, I am putting my talents to work in growing Intelligarde’s GardeGear eCommerce, which markets quality consumer products in Canada. In the USA the company will be rebranded as Compra LLP. We have an established supply chain, currently with over 42,000 products. We also have relationships with Amazon, E Bay, New Egg and others. These relationships will propel our growth stateside. I will be working to expand Intelligarde, Garde Gear and Compra LLP into the USA market. We are currently rebranding and the new name Compra LLP will become a force as we enter the new market. Wheels are rolling fast to have us on line in July1,2016.

We started Pinnacle Ozone Solutions to bring new technology developed by Plasma Technologies Inc to the Large Ozone Generator Marketplace. This technology leap frogged existing ozone generators and utilizes new plasma methodology controlled by computers that provide very efficient systems. These ozone generators are integrated into process systems for various applications. They provide cutting controls to produce ozone in precise dosages. This control allows the system to lower power requirements. The systems are also smaller, silent, and very robust. These improvements have opened several new applications. The Company is making systems of 100 lbs and up to 1000s f lbs. They will become a key element to solutions in water processing, as ozone removes all color, taste ,odors from water as well as pharmaceuticals. Ozone is used to reduce hydrogen sulfide. The ozone generators are used for water, waste water and water reuse. There are a number in use in oil and gas and fracking water.The new technology is silent, powerful and very compact. This will be a game changer for this industry

I have been involved in building business from within large corporate structures to new start ups. I have filled the shoes of COO< CEO, CTO and helped in team development. I have an ability to see over the trees and build a successful plan that can be implemented.I was instrumental in developing new advanced waste water treatment systems and ballast water systems for ships. I led the effort to establish ISO quality program within the company. I was also leader of the projects that were nominated for the Queens award (ballast water treatment system) and for the advanced waste treatment system (Seatrade award) 2 years in a row. I have written several papers and have a good background in water treatment utilizing advanced processes.

This company went from a small start up to a public company while i was at the helm. We built electrophoresis gels of very high quality for the identification of proteins and DNA. During my lead we design and built new automated manufacturing systems and a pharmaceutical grade water plant. we poured gels in refrigerated containers and built very high grade gels suitable for the pharmaceutical industry.

I started a new group in Siemens to address the design build of large power oriented projects. we would design and furnish complete HV substations faster than most engineering companies could agree on a design. We successfully managed a high voltage inter-tie with the East and west coast Power grids a project valued at over $800 million.

I left the U.S. air Force and was recruited by GE as a field engineer. I spent 17 years in positions that progressed up the management ladder. These included Filed Engineering supervisor, Manager of client support for DCM&G and also Manager of Client Relations for Adjustable speed drives division. I was mmoved to a position to create new business in the Southern region of the US and I specialized in heavy power. This grew to a business of supplying turn key substations to large industrial and commercial clients as well as design build contractors.
