I work with a variety of clubs running their websites and social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In addition to daily communications, I also work on translations, including text and video subtitling. Current and past clients include Serie A, RC Strasbourg, Olympique Lyonnais, AS Monaco, Ligue 1, MLS, Cercle Brugge, KRC Genk, Roland-Garros, and Everton.

In addition to occasional longer commissions, I presently write a weekly column on Ligue 1, combining one longer-format piece with several smaller "talking points."

Drawing on my experience working in social media and marketing in previous roles, I have helped a Boston-area chain of boutique wine and spirits stores expand their market share by affecting consistent, knowledgeable and professional communication with their customer base via e-mail marketing, in-store events and social media.

I regularly write longer pieces including, but not limited to, editorials, player profiles and a weekly column recapping Ligue 1 each weekend. I also am a panelist on the Get French Football News Show, a Ligue 1-focused podcast recorded every Monday, as well as the creator and host of its sister program, the Get French Football News Preview Show, which recaps Ligue 1 sides' performances in Europe and looks forward to the weekend's action every Thursday.

Prepare previews for Ligue 1's matches, including probable lineups, squad availability and predicted scores.

Greater Boston Area

In addition to managing and training a staff of ten people on a daily basis in all aspects of the warehouse (shipping, receiving, purchasing), I also worked extensively in the company's publishing department, doing copy editing for product solicitation.

I provided previews of French sides' European matches, as well as the occasional longer piece.

I provided match analysis and scouting reports, with a focus on Ligue 1, but also wrote extensively about international football, including the Copa America and Africa Cup of Nations.

Eugene, Oregon Area

Cornbread Cafe is a business for whom ethics, most notably being vegan but also a commitment to being organic, local, and community-minded were very important, and I hope to carry those values forward into my next role. While working at Cornbread, I managed a staff of ten servers; my responsibilities included training, scheduling, purchasing, and evaluations, as well as hiring. We also hosted a series of successful beer dinners with local breweries, with menu pairings of my own design.

I was responsible for buying beer on draft and in package, as well as planning special events and tastings in concert with breweries, winemakers, and more.
