I am a passionate communicator, problem-solver, and leader with over five years of experience in customer service, project management, and organizational leadership. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communication at Western Carolina University, I am honing my skills in interpersonal and intercultural communication as well as conflict resolution.Through my varied professional and volunteer experiences, I’ve cultivated expertise in managing teams, facilitating events, and executing high-level projects. Whether I am advising on strategic decisions, crafting compelling content, or mentoring emerging leaders, I thrive in environments that challenge my creativity and organizational skills.I am deeply committed to giving back to my communities, particularly Scouts BSA, where I currently serve as the first female adviser at the section level. Scouts BSA has given me so many opportunities to lead and break barriers and continues to provide opportunities for so many more. It is through this program that I was able to develop so many of my leadership and facilitation skills and discover my passion for mentorship and community building.
