I spend my days ensuring guests safety, organizing staff, and performing rescues that we referred to as "Assists" because many people don't want to be rescues but everyone can use assistance. I worked with a fantastic team with experienced individuals in the field that I was lucky enough to learn form.

Assist customers with climbing wall safety procedures and equipment use. Provide guidance to climbers of all levels on proper technique for indoor rock climbing. Organize events such as competitions, practices and clinics. Instructed classes on basic belaying techniques, rope management and knot tying skills. Sought out opportunities to improve service levels and correct problems.

Helping customers enter the Theme Park and with any issues they have throughout the day along selling tickets and season passes and any else the park offers.

I was in charge of multiple trampoline areas (courts) enforcing rules and encouraging guests to have fun!
