Carlos is an AI Engineer at Stanford University's School of Engineering and holds interest in tech policy and AI solutions that accelerate downtrace workflows. He formerly served as an enlisted US Army Green Beret, where he specialized in sensor systems, drones, and software-defined radios. He completed seven tours overseas and received multiple distinguished combat awards. Carlos carries industry experience as a public sector solutions architect at NVIDIA and research expertise as a fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received mentoring in entrepreneurial leadership. He holds a high-school GED and a BAAS in data analytics from Penn.
