• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements with an understanding of the business justification of the project/feature.• Undertaking Business Analysis to understand the What, Why and How of each requirement and what are the Key Performance Indicators which will be used to measure success.• Creating and writing product backlog items in our team’s product backlog and documenting the requirements on confluence. • Writing user stories from the customer or system point of view and also test scenarios so that the testers understand what is the definition of done of the requirement.• Run through the PBIs with the team during our bi weekly refinement session to provide the software engineers and testers with the opportunity to ask questions so that they understand and accurately implement the solution.• Working with the UX/UI team to review the UX designs for our new feature and ensuring they achieve the stated aim of providing the customer with more frequent delivery updates.

Database management and maintenance of students’ records.Transport arrangements for students and parents during half-term and end of term breaks. Liaison with schools to organise school visits on behalf of the Minister for Education and the Head of Private Students’ Section.Creating reports for data analysis of the number of students who use our services each academic year.Provide advice on the experience of studying in the UK and deal with any issue that arises for students and be available to be contacted during the evening and the weekend.

My role includes organizing and researching different campaign opportunities with various organizations such as the Liberal Democrats Party where I planned an exhibition stall to provide information on our most important campaign- Enough Food For Everyone IF Campaign- in order to get Lib Dem grassroots member and ministers to support our campaign.

Provided support to the country office on communications and development of informational and educational materials. Assisted in the planning and preparation of World Population Day. Reviewing and updating material on our country office website as well as writing articles and press releases.

I was responsible for researching different sources of funding from statutory organizations and charitable trusts and applying for grants to finance projects for our charity. I was successful in winning a number of grants. In communications, my role includes creating and editing our newsletter to be distributed around the local community as well as maintaining relationship with other charities, churches and other partners to collaborate on various joint projects.
