• Lead development of a Network time filter feature that eliminated the threats of network signal replays and spoofing. The algorithm distinguished between a corrupt and an original network signal and would filter the signal before the radios considers it as legitimate and joins the network.• Designed and developed the Per Packet processing rules feature that enabled the user to configure many characteristics of every single outbound packet from the system. Dynamically changing field conditions would temporarily drop performance due to oddities and this feature provided up to 100% faster recovery of network performance. The packet characteristics includes Burst mode used for encoding, TTL, QOS, Packet life validity.• Providing system expertise in scalability effort that increased the maximum network from 400 to 800.• Assumed role of a project engineer for delivering a Fixed Latency Data Circuit feature. This feature provided a mechanism to skip the access bottleneck of the network and reduce the latency from an average of 350 ms to 35 ms. Responsibilities included cross functional interaction with Product management, Systems, Business development and test to derive system and testing verification pairs from the market requirement document (MRD), tasking and budgeting, defining project timeline, development and testing plan and the project delivery.• Involved in prioritizing growing technical debt and help resolve growing system scalability issues.

• Developed a BERT (Bit error rate Test) feature that measured many PHY layer statistics like error rate, SNR measure, Noise level in the current RF spectrum. This enabled the user to detect threats by having a way to analyze the RF spectrum.• Designed and implemented a MultiNet Bridge feature that connects two geographically separated networks. Once in a bridged mode, the networks exchange data, voice and PLI information like a uniform single network. • Providing technical expertise in another scalability effort and resolving issues that enabled the maximum radio network size to increase from 140 to 400.• Improving the simulation framework to cover more and more features on an automated basis and maintaining software scalability.• Actively mentoring new hires and providing cross platform guidance to teams.

• Worked on debugging issues as a part of the scalability effort that allowed the maximum network size to increase from 80 to 140.• Developed system understanding to help resolve MAC asserts- a critical failure within the system that rebooted the product and disrupting user experience. This became a growing technical debt over the last few years and I helped identify and prioritize a lot of areas to focus on.• Worked directly with a partner company to deliver a MAC tunnel feature. This served as a bypass for the user to be able to transfer encrypted sensitive data to and from the FPGA and allow it to be transmitted over the air.• Led software team as a part of the Business development team for live debugging of issues at various customer test events. This involved interacting directly with the customer, managing expectations, providing solutions and bringing back valuable feedback.
