Working in Product engineering department to handle product management means preparing bill of materials, providing configurations window to sales, handling customer complaints, product validation of new designs, cost reductions, design changes for manufacturing feasibility, design modifications for robotization , preparing conversion kits . Apart from the above said regular activity working additional support to our china plant to Develop the ERP requirements like customise formats for inventory item master reports , assembly materials draw list , barcode system brought inside the ERP (ie) receipt of goods by scanning the Receipt travelers (RT) , materials accounting, materials issue through barcode scanning methods, reports generation for shortage list , work in progress pending, spare sales reports, customer complaints reports, interfacing spares catalog with machine bill of materials, custom duty reports for import items, printing formats like RT print, gate pass , Purchase order prints, setting MRP categories.. all these activities are related with system improvements ,process defining, resources additions, sourcing development for new product development , product localization to achieve cost reductions. Awaiting a job to handle multiple functions to explore my knowledge and achieve the targets of the company
