In FY22 I successfully drove my business back from a $100000 deficit to achieve not only sales based budgets for the year, but also being the ONLY business in my network to achieve ALL of my assigned KPIs for the year, including the highest increases in customer satisfaction, team engagement and overall gross profit.I thrive in a team based environment and pride myself on the ability to get the best out of others.
