1. Leading the Indirect Tax Team2. Litigation Management - Attending the Notices issued by Tax Department. Filing of Replies, Appeals, appearing in the hearing, counsel breifing3. Keeping systems in line with the changes in GST Law, Coordination & Planning with IT for system requirements, identification of key issues & mitigation plan.4. Advise business on indirect tax matters5. Dealing with the Service Tax Department, GST Authorities of various states, DGGI and other authorities.6. Guiding and developing team for ensuring timely deposition of Taxes, filing returns and other compliances.7. Complying with the ITC Rules, ensuring timely availment of tax credits.8. Tax Planning & ensuring efficient Tax Compliance.9. Active participation in Industry discussions on key tax aspects & raising common tax related issues.10. Keeping Management abreast of the Changes in the Indirect Tax Laws and Advice on best course of action regarding the Ongoing Litigations11. Handling GST audit, Statutory Audits, Departmental Audits, CAG Audits12. Co-ordination and reporting to group direct tax and indirect tax team13. Ensuring timely Credit Reconciliations

Co-ordination with GST ASP’s for automation of return procedures and Credit Reconciliation.
