Visited Singapore as a part of RBS India Conduits Team for 2 months & successfully transitioned the EMEA conduits business to INDIA.❧ Monthly Management Account & Reporting- ● Preparation of monthly management accounts for EMEA conduits of RBS. ● Analysing of month on month movement of different trades booked in conduits & identifying the reasons for the same. ● Preparation of monthly statutory data pack for group reporting. ● Monthly Balance sheet substantiation & sign off. ● FX sell down & profit remittance of EMEA conduits to RBS. ❧ Audits ● Preparation of Financials statement for statutory audit purpose for EMEA conduits as per IFRS. ● Handling of audit queries & finalising the Audits. ❧ Deal advisory & Finance Sign off of New Conduits deals ● Deal advisory & structuring of new EMEA conduits ● Providing caveat’s and key control issues for all the new deal & finance sign off new EMEA conduits. ● Deal advisory & restructuring of old EMEA conduits. ❧ Accomplishment ● Successful transition of EMEA conduits process from Singapore to India ● Awarded for first closure of finance deal advisory of a new EMEA conduits in March 15.
