To oversee and provide leadership to Finance and Accounts, Commercial, Revenue Assurance, Taxation, Legal and Company Secretarial functions. Key area of focus are:Partnering with businesses for strategy, risk analysis & profitability.Working with stakeholders to formulate and discuss business plans, budgets, analyzing variances to actual and informing the same to the management.Working on funding strategy of the company with strategic investors and banks.Ensuring proper controls on treasury, compliance and commercial functions.Involved with strategic investors on all areas of mutual interest including financial reviews and board meetings.Working with Auditors to ensure timely completion of all audits.Ensure complete compliance of all regulations/ license conditions.

Funds management on day-to-day basis via cash flow statements, arranging Cash Credit, Loans, Credit Rating for all group companies. Preparation and Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation.Analysis and computation of statutory dues/filings e.g. FLA, E-Tds, APR, Advance tax, Internal Financial Controls,Accounts Payables, Accounts receivables – Monthly and yearly closures. GST Compliances, Preparation of financial statements

• Oversee preparation of month-end, quarter-end and yearly financial statements with Indian GAAP.• Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation.• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.• Constant monitoring of Debtors by reviewing detailed ageing and ensuring management is well aware with current debtor’s position.• Ensuring all operation's activities functions smoothly• Preparing collection forecasting model to assist management to predict collections for the month• Ensure full management accounts are released within TAT agreed including executive summary, budget variance analysis, dashboard, etc.• Cash Flow Management• Mentoring team• Serve as final point of escalation for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable issues.• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits and Internal and Due Diligence Audits.
