As a Senior Manager at Delhivery, I lead the finance and compliance functions of one of India's largest and fastest-growing logistics platforms. I am responsible for Ind AS implementation and automation, management reporting, adoption of inter-company policies, foreign subsidiaries incorporation and compliances, foreign funding and budgeting, monthly financials consolidation, limited review & annual statutory audit of the group.With five years of extensive work experience at Delhivery, I have contributed to the company's growth and successful Initial Public offer (IPO) by delivering high-quality financial and legal services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic insights and recommendations. I have also leveraged my skills in accounting, audit, taxation, and costing, which I acquired through my Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Shri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Chandigarh, respectively.
