It was my first experience as a developer, where I actively participated in the company's tax projects, I used all my experience with the tax sector to assist in the development, unfortunately due to personal problems I had to leave, the main actions were:-Maintain existing tax software (C#).- Assist in the creation of new features in tax software.- Assist employees in case of doubt or problem while using the software.

It was my first contact with the dev world, but as technical support, I answered calls to solve the tax software, accumulating a lot of knowledge about the area. Even though it wasn't my job, I developed and maintained several tools and the company's institutional website. My assignments were:-Helping customers to understand and better use the system.-Helping resolutions of errors related to NF-e, NFSe, NFC-e, Tax coupon and the realization of the same.-Resolution of internal system errors.-Maintenance on android system (JR Orders).-Creation of some native android apps for internal troubleshooting.-Prototyping to improve the visual appearance and usability of the system.
