Jessica Cabrera has worked in learning, leadership development and engagement in the U.S. and abroad for more than 20 years. Whether leading, strategizing, consulting, speaking, or developing solutions that meet people where they are, Jessica's primary aim is to equip others to excel. She is energized by solving problems and inspiring people and organizations to reach their full potential.Jessica holds a B.A. from Clemson University and a M.Ed. in Adult Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University. At Colorado State, she was a Research on Diversity Fellow, received the John Coné award by the American Society for Training & Development and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Teaching with Technology & Distance Learning.As a dynamic leader, Jessica’s professional efforts have focused on leadership development, member engagement, program development, change management, consulting, strategic thinking & planning, organizational development, coaching, learning management & delivery, and doing anything and everything to facilitate individual and organizational change that will make an impact and improve lives. She is especially passionate about faith, family, culture, and mission-driven leadership. A lifelong learner, Jessica is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management (IOM) hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and she is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). Jessica is a native of S.C. and now resides in the Washington D.C. area. She's a mother of two and has been married to her husband for over 20 years. She is a Spanish/English bilingual, has traveled to 22 countries and has lived in Mexico, Chile and Spain. She and her Chilean-American husband spend their down time enjoying time with their sons, volunteering with their church, and entertaining friends in their home.
