Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, I led a team of 11 people across two strategic projects with budgets totaling 2.5M USD. Working closely with regional teams based in Italy, Romania, Mexico, the USA, and Canada, I oversaw the successful implementation of several initiatives to reduce unnecessary costs on the maintenance of Tenaris plants.At Tenaris, I had the opportunity to work at the company's headquarters in Argentina, a fast-paced and dynamic environment that constantly pushed me to innovate and improve my skills. During my time there, I gained valuable experience in project management, cross-functional team coordination, and strategic planning.

Before my tenure as Head of BI, I served as the Data Engineering Team Lead at Tenaris BayCity, where I managed a team of 7 people responsible for the integration of commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing systems across 36 plants and yards around the world. Using a combination of web services, microservices, APIs, and batch processes, we successfully connected multiple systems, including SAP, PSI Metals, JDE, Dynamics, and Web custom applications on Java, Oracle, and .Net. I also played a key role in defining system integration plans, reports, and test procedures.

As the SAP Team Lead from 2009 to 2012, I oversaw the SAP implementation for commercial, logistic, and supply chain processes across 17 branches in LATAM, Europe, Asia, and Africa. This involved leading business assessment, performing SAP MM and SD customizing and ABAP development, driving functional testing, leading business data migration, and training users while providing on-site support.

As a Consultant Team Lead at Paradigma, I worked with clients in the Telecommunication, Bank, and Manufacturing industries. My main responsibilities included SOX compliance implementation and IT process improvement for clients such as Telecom Argentina, Cementos Avellaneda S.A., Telefónica de Argentina, and BBVA Banco Francés.
