I worked as a part-time Dental Assistant where my responsibilities included taking impressions for crown preparation procedure, ensuring sanitary conditions are maintained in every room, sterilizing instruments through use of Autoclave, inputting notes on the EMR system, taking both intraoral & panoramic x-rays, and handing off instruments to the dentist. I was also the computer system supervisor for the practice.

Was a transcriptionist at Physician's Regional Medical Center where my responsibilities included recording HPIs for each patient visit using the Athena EMR, update the records with lab results, and queue up any prescriptions that needed to be ordered by the Physician

Designed an internal retrospective survey study that looked into the change of patient management within the Naples location following a new kind of liver scan test for the CEO of the company. The research project was also the topic of my senior thesis for my second degree.
