Established in 2009 we have excelled in on site promotional photography. Mastering the art of reportage coverage in live and demanding environments has seen us the port of call for weddings, events and environment photography across the UK.

Primary responsibility was to design and implement the merchandising principles for various product ranges across the business. I worked closely with the Buyers, Stock Managers and Operations to allocate store ranges and implement launches. The job required a good working knowledge of Spaceman merchandising software, Retail Focus and SAP.

This role gave me the opportunity to utilise my passion for customer service to deliver against store targets and develop the store team to consistently over deliver and achieve their bonus. Initially I ran the cycle department, but soon sought the responsibilities of Duty Manager enabling me to have control over critical elements, such as budget control and rostering, so I could ensure the team produced maximum efficiency
