While employed with The Bridge, Inc. I worked in four different programs; two residential programs and two outpatient programs. In these programs I gained clinical experience from providing mental health services in group, individual, and family counseling sessions. The Bridge, Inc. also allowed me opportunities to provide and assist with case management services, including: advocacy, linkage, correspondence.Job titles and programs included: • Case Manager, Transitions In-home Program- a 90 day alternative to DYS placement program for troubled teens; caseload of 10-20 families. • Counselor & Case Manager, Mobile County Juvenile Drug Court Program- 16 week program for adjudicated youth, with a special focus on substance abuse intervention; caseload of 10-20 families. • Case Manager, Transitions Residential Program- a 90 day residential behavioral program for adolescent males from Mobile County, AL; caseload of 10-16 clients.• Counselor & Case Manager, Westwood Residential Program- a 45-90 day residential substance abuse program for adolescent males from across the state of Alabama; caseload of 16-20 clients.
