CurrentMaintaining operating systems and related infrastructure for applications and software by deploying monthly MS server and endpoint O/S as well as application patch management, updating software, hardware, firmware, and troubleshooting issues.Ensuring system integrity by assuring and optimizing backup processes.Supporting business requirements, including application & service troubleshooting, performance and other issues.Provide overall technology administration for server and cloud infrastructure including design, procurement, configuration, optimization, setup, and implementation of servers and management tools.Assure system integrity and reliability by testing and monitoring for capacity, performance and efficiency. Includes developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity processes to ensure infrastructure operation in various scenarios.Deliver project requirements by designing, procuring, implementing and documenting operational requirements.
