As an Executive Search Recruiter at Alpha Search USA, I help clients find the best talent for their organizations across various industries and functions. I leverage my marketing degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and my skills in business-to-business (B2B) sales, data analytics, and communication to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. I also build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Prior to joining Alpha Search in January 2024, I worked as an Account Executive at Lamar Advertising Company for two and a half years, where I managed and grew a portfolio of local and national accounts, and delivered customized advertising solutions to meet their needs and goals. Before that, I was a Car Salesperson at Allen Samuels Direct Euless for nine months, where I sold niche-used cars to customers and achieved high customer satisfaction ratings. I am passionate about connecting people with opportunities, and I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
