Hello, My name is Caden Phillips. I am a marketing Major at Kansas State University expected to graduate in May 2026. Since I was a kid, I have been obsessed with videos. I would find myself fully immersed in every movie and highlight reel I watched. When it came time to pick a career path, there was no question in my mind that I wanted to be in video production. Whether it is energizing K-State fans through EVS Replay or making promotional reels for agriculture businesses through Coin in a Log Creative, I always strive to tell the best story. Although video is my main focus, I'm also passionate about music. I find it fascinating how chords and harmonies are arguably more effective at conveying emotion than the words an artist sings. I do, however, still songwrite often, as it is a great way to process emotions.What sets me apart from everyone else is how vast my experiences are. Growing up, the place I would spend the least amount of time was my own home. I would live at my school, contributing to countless clubs with as much effort as possible. This vast involvement that continued into college gave me many skills like public speaking, graphic design, problem-solving, marketing, video production, unwavering determination, and countless other skills. One day, I hope to use all these skills and tell stories to as many people as possible. I haven't narrowed down a specific industry yet, but sports and entertainment are definitely at the top of my list.I am currently looking for summer internships that involve video production, marketing, and graphic design. My preferred fields would be sports and entertainment, however, I am always open to anywhere that could teach me something new!Please reach out if you have any questions or want to collaborate!
