Executive Assistant to the Mayor January 2012 - April 2013Provided ongoing executive-level support to the city’s Mayor; managed and maintained a busy calendar and liaised between them and other offices / visitors. Generated comprehensive reports and communications as needed. Developed and led performance-driven personnel in customer service and administrative policies and procedures.Core contributor in overturning the city’s muzzle ban; enabled multiple city leaders to earn acclaimed MSPCA award through aggressive research and analysis efforts.
