I am a dedicated and detail oriented individual who have graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I am also a team player with experience in interacting and working alongside with various individuals of differing backgrounds. My interest is focused on designing using computer aided design software. However, I also have an interest in learning more about the field of engineering to expand my repertoire of skills and experience. During my internship with the Metropolitan Transit Authority, I was tasked to sketch a blueprint for a sprinkler system of a multi-room complex in the span of a few days. Part of my tasks were to measure the rooms using a laser distance measurement tool and record its dimensions in the blueprint. The completed blueprint was then communicated with my direct supervisor for an in-depth understanding of the added details which includes the dimensions of the sprinkler system and its range of coverage in the event of a fire. I have learned to be detail oriented while being effective in time management during my time interning in the Metropolitan Transit Authority.I am proficient in using SolidWorks and CATIA during my enrollment in Vaughn College. During my enrollment, I was tasked to design my smartphone using SolidWorks for a project in class and run a stress analysis to confirm the maximum allowable stress the smartphone can experience under certain load conditions before fracture. I have also designed an aircraft using SolidWorks basing the model on the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II Variant B as my inspiration and running a laminar flow simulation to confirm if my aircraft is flight capable and its safety requirements meet the Federal Aviation Administration standards.I am currently seeking full time employment opportunities in the technological side of Mechanical Engineering. My current focus is in the field of building automation, lighting controls and HVAC. I am presently training with Stacks and Joules to familiarize myself with its concepts and systems. I am looking to learn more hands-on skills while sharing my technological skills.
