Hospitality is my passion and my profession. As the Hotel Manager (Rooms Division) at The Annex Hotel, a boutique hotel in downtown Toronto, I lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. I oversee the daily operations, and quality control of the rooms division, including front office, housekeeping, and reservations.I have a strong educational background in hospitality and business administration. I hold a diploma in Hospitality Management from Centennial College, where I learned the fundamentals of the industry, such as food and beverage, event management, and customer service. I'm also completing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, which has enhanced my skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, and organizational behavior. My goal is to apply my knowledge and skills to grow and innovate the hotel business.
