I am a fresh graduate of engineering school equipped with more than 5 years of customer service with National Express (Visa Card Company) where we provide customer care thru phone calls and emails. My specific role is to ensure customer satisfaction and contentedness as well as guidance and advice to the best practice to ensure safe and secure financial transactions that customers need.Ensuring solutions are well perceived by the customer is a very important element of customer care, where I follow various communication methods to ensure information is well passed to the client. I am a very good listener and talker at the same time, where appropriate. I have the ability to analyze client needs and build a relation of trust between the client, the company and the service provider.My colleagues know me as a person who is always willing to learn from other and able to coach some when needed. I am a person who spreads conducive environment and I value the group output as well as the individual effort to contribute to the whole team.I believe my English is sufficiently proficient to communicate my ideas where I can use writing skill to produce correspondences, maintain communication and information flow.I have a very good command of Modern Standard Arabic. I am a good computer user, have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in addition to mastery of internet access, and search methods.
