I work with a diverse set of businesses and individuals in small to medium sized businesses,start-ups and social enterprises to create and implement viable plans to help increase their onlineand offline visibility and key performance outcomes.I have provided training and individual consultancy to clients of the Digital Marketing Institute, Limerick City and County Enterprise Board and Ballyhoura Development.I have extensive experience working with city and destination hotels to ensure their digital content isunique and consistent across all digital platforms. Ensuring their website is optimised forconversion; managing their online advertising campaigns; and providing strategic direction toidentify new opportunities for the business.I have project managed and Implemented the complete online presence of a start upconsultancy business,. This involved web building and content creation; video marketing; bloggingand the management of a Google Adwords campaign.I have provided social media training to the students at the Irish world Academy of Music in theUniversity of Limerick and provided one to one marketing consultations.I was a guest presenter on the Bnest Incubator Program, developing and delivering a customisedmarketing presentation specifically tailored towards social entrepreneurs, highlighting thestrategic nature of their marketing needs and the dual nature of their business developmentstrategy. I was also a marketing panel expert on the Endevour Program in Tralee. This involved stress testing the digital marketing strategy of the start up businesses before they went in front of investors,I have published research on business to arts interactions around sponsorship, and on the barriers to engagement between corporates, social enterprises and their support organisations. I was previously on the board of the ACM Community Centre in Castleconnell, and Ballyhoura Failte.

Developing and managing ppc budgets and metrics, understanding and implementing coding schemes for the purpose of tracking market sales trends. Analysing and reporting on performance, providing recommendations and results for improvement and implementation of new strategies. Managing, regular reporting and tracking report metrics appropriately as well as flagging issues for internal stakeholders. Ability to deep dive to root cause issues when traffic targets are not being met, using Google Analytics . Google Analytics Individual IQ qualified. Managing day-to-day client and company relationships through presentations and conference calls, and meetings. Working with Social Media, keeping abreast of new initiatives in this area.
